History

Driven by a belief in providing the highest level of physical therapy care and patient service, Jon Dooley, MSPT founded Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC in 2002. Originally opening in Shrewsbury, the practice quickly grew and expanded to a second location at the Greendale Mall (and then to its current location at Gold Star Blvd). Over the next few years, Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC established itself as a leader in Central Massachusetts. A third location was opened in Clinton, MA and an aquatic physical therapy program was developed to provide aquatic physical therapy for patients from all the Greendale locations.

Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC was chosen to be part of the medical staff for the 2004 Rock and Roll Gymnastics tour, featuring members of the 2004 Olympic Gymnastics team. Greendale became involved in community organizations and activities .

Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC is a leader in the clinical education of its team. Unprecedented therapist educational programs— Greendale Physical Therapy “U” and Training Day educational programs—help its team stay true to the mission of providing the highest level of physical therapy care and patient service.

Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC continues to strive for the goal of taking care of every patient as if he or she were an Olympic Athlete.

Greendale has been recognized nationally by winning “Honorable Mention” in the Advance Magazine for Physical Therapy and Rehab 2014 “Practice of the Year” contest.
