Foot and Ankle Success Stories

I have been physically active for all of my young like and have been fortunate enough to not have suffered any bad injuries. However, one day walking on uneven pavement, that all changed. The ankle injury I endured that day was enough to knock me off my feet for weeks. Thanks to the loves ladies at the Shrewsbury Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC office, I am ready to get back to being active. Their dedication and patients helped reduce the swelling, improve strength, stability, and return my ankle to a non painful state. The exercises were imperative to my recovery and I will continue them at home. The massages helped to loosen my ankle and calf so that the pain would go away. It is with much thanks that I write this note. Because of their skills and expertise I am ready to get back to what I love—dancing!

Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC has helped me recover so much. After getting a stress fracture in my foot in December, I was weary about running in the future. However, after starting at Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC in January, I couldn’t wait to start running. Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC helped me go from not being able to walk to back to my normal routine of running 4-5 miles a day for the Shrewsbury High School track team. The physical therapists were very helpful and explain the reasoning for all the exercises. They also made sure I was pushing myself but never in pain. They also taught me many stretches which I plan to use on my own so I don’t get injured in the future.

Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC helped me regain the strength in my ankles and feet to keep me walking and continue to exercise and golf. The staff are all well skilled, pleasant, and supportive. I would highly recommend them to my friends for PT. They are a great group!

The physical therapy experience I have had here at Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC is the most effective I have ever had. I have had a lot of PT in the past. In a short time, grade 3 ankle sprain and broken fibula, I have improved greatly. The staff has been very professional, educational, and informative. I highly recommend this team of therapists to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Having been through physical therapy multiple times for past injuries and surgery, I can confidently say Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC was the most professional and dedicated team of therapists I have ever encountered. From the first call to Cindy, to the early morning appointment with Alicia and final session, my treatment has been first class. Thanks to the team’s effort, I have been back to playing soccer faster than expected.

I received great treatment from the Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC office when I started back in November 2010. I was not able to walk on my foot, now I have full mobility. Thank you for your help!

I have been to other physical therapy facilities not related to Greendale. I find the physical therapists at Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC in Shrewsbury to be outstanding. Both therapists were knowledgeable, focused on the patient, and considerate. My plantar fasciitis improved considerably as compared to the other facility. I especially appreciate the secretary for her friendliness and attentiveness to my work schedule. Cindy was her name and she always remembered mine. Cindy was on top of the insurance demands and made my visits non stressful. I appreciate the dedicated service of the staff here in Shrewsbury and my recovery thanks to their knowledge of the problems with my physical problem. I will highly recommend Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC and have already to my fellow employees and friends.

I came to physical therapy with foot and toe joint pain, it was constant. I was having trouble walking, jumping, squatting, and had a lot of pain at night when I was sleeping. Now I can do all those things without pain and my foot is stronger than before I started PT.

Thank you Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC for aiding me in resuming my hobbies of tennis and skiing without pain resulting from these activities. My case is a complex one involving an old ankle fracture, diabetes, and having a physical demanding occupation and lifestyle and excess weight. When I went in to my podiatrist with sharp pain in my feet, I thought it was a combination of the onset of neuropathy from my diabetes, mediocre blood sugar control and stress on my feet from my new physical fitness regime. My podiatrist referred me to Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC where a comprehensive approach included diagnosis, exercises, manual mobilization, counseling with monitoring which culminated in a significant reduction of pain while resuming and increasing my activity levels, gaining blood sugar control and regulation, and 10 lb weight loss in about a 3 month period.

Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC has been a great experience for me. They got me back on my feet and back to my normal life when I didn’t think I could. The therapists are all so helpful and are always there to motivate you. I broke my ankle and didn’t think I would be able to get back to work as an RN. They got me back in top shape t get back to work. I am very grateful for their help and compassion.

Before physical therapy I couldn’t run or jump. I had trouble with balancing and hopping on one foot. But thanks to the help of the excellent staff at Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC I am back in action. Everything from the ice and stim, to the evaluation and the sometimes painful massages led me to a full recovery. I highly recommend Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC.

I came to Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC after having surgery to repair my Achilles tendon and having haglund heal shaved down. Prior to coming to Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC I was partial weight bearing with crutches. Soon after beginning therapy 2 days a week, the crutches were gone and range of motion increased greatly. Now my range of motion is very good, my tolerance for being on my feet improves daily. The manual therapy and exercises have helped with my recovery. I will continue with the exercises so my recovery continues and soon I will be running again.

When I started my physical therapy here, I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t get around without a cane. I had very little motion of my foot and ankle. I had been in a cash/wheelchair for over 6 months and my muscles were very weak. The staff here helped me very much with exercises, massage, and therapy. Now I am walking a mile every day, doing laps in the pool, among other activities I was unable to do at all. I have regained most of the strength in my foot and leg muscles, and my range of motion has greatly improved. The staff have all been very caring and helpful in my recovery.

Prior to the start of my course of therapy at Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC, I experienced stiffness and pain due to a ruptured Achilles tendon which was surgically repaired resulting in neurological involvement and scar tissue. The staff at Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC was wonderful from m intake assessment through my discharge assessment. The PT’s, PTA’s and assistants were caring and knowledgeable. The Receptionist always greeted me by name and with a smile. I always received exercises to do at home. These exercises were always explained well and accompanied by printouts. The staff at Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC are very qualified individuals who are dedicated to the improvement of their clients’ well being. I thank you for your help.
