Nicolette became licensed to practice physical therapy in 2000. All told, she brings over 15 years of experience to her personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, and other wellness work.

Nicolette became fully certified in the Stott Pilates Method in 2007. For a clinical rehabilitation setting, she has received specialized training in exercise protocols surrounding Mat, Reformer, Injury and Special Populations, Pre- and Post-Natal Therapies, Scoliosis Programming, Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, Shoulder Girdle Stabilization and Mobilization, and Lumbar and Pelvic Stabilization.

Pilates remains a focus for Nicolette as she is always enriching her experience. She has also focused her continued coursework on restoring neutral postural alignment and gentle healing techniques. Nicolette has experience with myofascial release for postural re-patterning, neuromuscular re-education, deep local stability training, core strengthening, Kinesiotaping, and craniosacral therapy.

As a child, Nicolette was a dancer. Thanks to that discipline, she brings a passion for detail in exercise movement to her patients. She enjoys working with all patients who would like to experience the healing benefits of proper exercise progression and re-patterning.
