She loves the challenge of creating new exercise programs individualized to each patient and engages a variety of manual techniques for patients with various conditions.

Rachel participated in synchronized skating and has competed nationally and internationally. Her team placed 3rd at the World Championships in 2011 in Helsinki, Finland. While she no longer skates, she continues to stay involved with her team by working with them on their off-ice fitness programs, which focus on overall strength and conditioning as well as injury prevention.
