Benefits

At Greendale Physical Therapy we strive for excellence in all aspects of our clinical care. In keeping with that standard, we are committed to providing our full-time staff with a rich benefit program that assists in their health, happiness and security.

Greendale Physical Therapy is owned by a physical therapist. We are always looking for motivated therapists and other professionals to join our team. We allow therapists professional autonomy, while offering them opportunities for both personal and professional advancement.

Greendale Physical Therapy offers its therapists many benefits: support from experienced practitioners, a wide variety of clients, in-office workshops, continuing education, and state-of-the-art facilities. Greendale Physical Therapy was one of the first practices in the area to fully implement EMR systems.

Medical Insurance

Greendale Physical Therapy offers team members their choice between two Blue Cross Blue Shield plan options. Each member is presented with the details of these options and given the opportunity to choose which plan best suits their needs.

Dental Insurance

We provide a basic Blue Cross Blue Shield dental plan to each of our team members. 100% of this basic plan is covered by Greendale Physical Therapy.

Life Insurance

Greendale Physical Therapy provides a basic life insurance plan for each of its team members, and 100% of this plan is covered by Greendale Physical Therapy. Additional life insurance may be purchased at a favorable rate through the Greendale Physical Therapy insurance provider.

Disability Insurance

We offer both short-term and long-term disability insurance options for each of our team members. Additional disability insurance may be purchased at a favorable rate through the Greendale Physical Therapy insurance provider.

401(k) Plan

Our 401(k) is offered through Lincoln Financial and includes an employer match. A variety of investment options are available through this plan.

Paid-Time Off and Holidays

Team members receive 10 paid-time off days (therapists receive 15 paid-time off days) to use for vacation, illness and personal needs in addition to 6 paid holidays per year. Paid-time off days increase incrementally with longevity with the company.

Continuing Education

In addition to the GPT University continuing education and career program, Greendale Physical Therapy offers in-house continuing education. We understand that our therapists may have interest in specializing in areas not covered in our regular course offerings. In such a case, additional continuing education can be applied for and, if appropriate, will be approved.

I received great treatment from the Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC office when I started back in November 2010. I was not able to walk on my foot, now I have full mobility. Thank you for your help!
